America is NUMBER ONE. Duh. But really, this time is for real. If you know me you know one of the things I am most tolerant of is lactose. I love it, I need it… especially when it comes to cheese. I’ve traveled far and wide to taste the best cheeses I can find and I’ve been lucky enough to taste this one, the world’s best cheese. For the first time the world’s best cheese is from the United States, but specifically it’s from Oregon. Rogue Creamery of Central Point, OR’s bleu cheese has been names 2019’s Best Cheese in the World in the World Cheese Awards. The competition held in Bergamo, Italy awarded the title to Rogue Creamery giving it the W out of 3,804 entries from 42 countries.
