You, like I, love the newest innovations coming our from our American food scientists at our nation’s top chains. Papa John’s has finally stopped saying racial slurs on conference calls long enough to create a very intriguing new pizza invention so interesting I’m pretty sure they bought the idea from Pizza Hut. Papa J isn’t known for his innovation, besides including a small jar of garlic butter (we all know the only thing Pizza needs more of is butter) to every box, Pops has not really come up with anything too interesting to shape the industry. P-John has really just stuck to the staples and traditions of a pizza place… Pizza. But now Papi has launched the Papadia, a hybrid of Quesodia, Calzone and Folded Pizza. The Papadia’s will come in Philly Cheesesteak, Italian, Grilled BBQ Chicken and Bacon and Meatball & Pepperoni. Paps has really touted it’s portability and that it’s under the “flatbread” category. I think they look good, and I can’t wait to try one. Apparently, Shaq O’Neil loves them and can’t put them down… so there is your celeb endorsement if you needed one! The Papadia’s will sell for $6 each. More details at the link below!
