We here at #PatriotAlert feel committed to the deals that help you save your hard earn AMERICAN green-backed dollar. So when something hits our eyes and ears worth sharing, for the good of the nation, we do. There are two competing pizza happenings right now, and I think as a public we need to be talking about them. I’ll start with the shitty one. The pizza chain, Villa, is selling people a to-go box of literally just crusts for $2.75… back in the motherland the ancestors before us used to refer to these crusts as “breadsticks”… oh to be back in simpler times. The head honchos at Villa (or as they liked to be called, Villains) think this is what you want and $2.75 is a good price for this throwaway bread. Pardon my Italian, but “thatsa some-a bullshit.”
Mean while at Pizza Hut, the American fortress for safe and worthwhile budget pizza, they’re running a limited time sale on a large pizza through July 21st. You can get a 2 topping large thin or regular hand tossed crust for $7.99 (mangia and mama mia!)… the catch though is it can only be for carryout and it has to be ordered online through their app or website. But who doesn’t love a chance to go to your local hut and just wait uncomfortably seeing who else is there waiting for their pizza in their most comfortable elastic clothing! Also, let’s not forget to mention that the Cheesy Bites pizza is back at P-Hut along with the P’zone so praise be to the Hut.
